Five Bedrooms. Two Flats. This House Has Room for Things.
You know those houses where the photos make everything look spacious, and then you arrive and realise the photographer must have been standing inside the neighbour’s house?
Not this one.
The lovely entrance foyer sets the tone straight away. Then the house opens up into five genuinely big, spacious bedrooms, so nobody needs to draw straws for the tiny room. The main bedroom has its own en-suite, because sharing a bathroom with a house full of people builds character. Apparently.
The big TV room and dining room give you plenty of space for everyday living, family dinners and those Sunday braais that start innocently and somehow become an eight-hour social event.
And then there’s another living room.
Use it as a proper entertainment room. A second lounge. A kids' zone. A place for the pool table. Or simply the room where everyone gets sent when you've had enough of them.
This part slaps.
The kitchen is big enough to actually cook in, with an eye-level oven and gas hob — which means you can keep an eye on dinner without performing a squat every six minutes.
But wait, there’s more. And no, this isn't the bit where an estate agent starts shouting "PLUS SO MUCH POTENTIAL!"
There is a separate outbuilding, and they bring a serious amount of extra space with them, including four storerooms and two flats, each with its own bathroom, some cosmetic surgery might be in order for these, but the potential is worth a second look.
That’s storage. Extra accommodation. Space for extended family. Work-from-home options. Rental possibilities. Or simply somewhere to put all the stuff you swear you're going to use one day.
Because we all have that stuff.
So yes, the main house already gives you five bedrooms and generous living areas.
Then the outbuildings basically say, "You know what? We’ve got room for that too."
This is the kind of property where you stop measuring rooms and start wondering what you're going to do with all the space.
Basically, if you run out of space here, that's no longer the property's problem.
Bloem is my dorp. Property is my game.
